My Sotong Sumbat made with Rolled Oats sedap gila ! Who knows Quaker Oats yang kaya dengan vitamins, minerals, dan iron yang bagus untuk immunity ni boleh dipelbagaikan dalam masakan selain daripada sarapan !

So I try challenge myself masak something untuk combine with Quaker Oats yang senang didapat dari grocery stores dan Lazada (https://bit.ly/2Xq88Pc) ni. Turned out the dish so delicious okay ! Siapa kata healthy food tak sedap ? Try masak healthy version Stuffed Squid I ni. ?

Ingredients :
[ A - Inti Sotong ]
1. Telur - 4 Biji ( atau mengikut quantity sotong )
2. Daun Bawang
3. Cili Merah - Mengikut kepedasan
4. Garam - Secubit
5. Olive Oil
[ B - Main ]
1. Telur - 2 Biji
2. Rolled Oat - 1 Cup
3. Bijan - 1/2 Cup
4. Italian/Mixed Herbs - 1/3 Cup
5. Sotong - 5 Ekor
6. Olive Oil - Drizzle
